Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly Execution: Lead the end-to-end production of weekly email programs and in-app campaigns, ensuring every communication meets a high standard for quality.
- Wireframing & Briefing: Translate campaign strategies into detailed marketing briefs and structural wireframes for the email operations team.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Act as the final line of defense by meticulously reviewing test emails and in-app builds to ensure they match wireframes and function perfectly.
- Lifecycle Optimization: Develop and optimize data-driven acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies specifically for consumer payments products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Analytics, Design, and Business teams to align on program goals and manage conflicting timelines.
- Experimentation: Design and execute A/B testing frameworks, using data-driven insights to refine messaging and improve key performance metrics.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ Years of Experience: Proven success leading lifecycle marketing programs, ideally within consumer payments or high-scale fintech.
- Channel Expertise: Hands-on experience executing and optimizing Push Notifications, Email, and In-App messaging.
- Operational Rigor: Deep experience in project management with a "zero-error" mindset. Must be comfortable managing high-volume, weekly deadlines.
- Analytical Interpretation: Ability to solve problems using data and translate analytics reports into actionable marketing optimizations. (SQL not required).
- Resilience: Demonstrated ability to stay organized and maintain attention to detail while managing multiple stakeholders and tight turnaround times.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Background: Experience at a "Big Tech" firm (e.g., Uber), a major Fintech (e.g., Block, PayPal), or the credit card division of a traditional bank.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate complex, international teams and resolve conflicting priorities.
- Communications: Ability to articulate a strong point of view clearly and succinctly to both senior executives and technical contributors.
- Process Oriented: Experience working within large-scale organizations where following specific operational "check-the-box" workflows is critical for success.
