Associate Technical Architect

We are looking for an Associate Technical Architect to join our ITS Order to Cash Product team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on missioncritical enterprise ERP platforms supporting global OrdertoCash capabilities.

The team partners closely with Finance, Sales Operations, Customer Service, and Engineering, and plays a key role in advancing our longterm ERP strategy. We have a strong foundation in Oracle EBS Financials and OrdertoCash processes, and we would love to speak with you if you bring deep technical architecture expertise across EBS modules and complex integrations.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

• At least 5 years of handson Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) experience, with a focus on Financials and OrdertoCash modules
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

It would be great if you also had...

• Experience supporting global ERP environments and largescale transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to compliance and modernization efforts, including eInvoicing.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and modern ERP delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience architecting, implementing, customizing, and integrating Order Management, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Cash Applications, Inventory, Service Contracts, and Reporting.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, integrated technical solutions.
• Experience designing and supporting enterprisescale ERP architectures with multiple upstream and downstream integrations.
• Prior experience mentoring technical team members.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Architect, design, and deliver Oracle EBusiness Suite (EBS) solutions supporting the full OrdertoCash lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership across ERP initiatives, partnering with business and crossfunctional teams.
• Analyze complex business and system requirements and develop architecture and integration designs.
• Ensure endtoend solution integrity across integrated platforms, including CRM, tax engines, and financial consolidation tools.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance ERP scalability, stability, and overall platform quality.
• Support compliance and modernization initiatives, including global eInvoicing integrations.
• Provide technical mentorship and contribute to architecture governance and longterm ERP roadmap planning.

About the Team

You'll join the ITS Order to Cash product team, supporting missioncritical ERP capabilities across order management, billing, accounts receivable, and customer operations. The team works in a highly collaborative, crossfunctional environment alongside Finance, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Engineering, and Program Management. This role offers strong executive visibility and the opportunity to directly influence core global business processes and ERP strategy.

Hours of Work

• Fulltime, permanent position primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to collaborate across global teams as needed.

• This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days/week onsite.

• Candidates must live within a commutable distance to Ann Arbor, MI or Philadelphia, PA
