Responsible for overseeing daily food service operations, including staff management, service delivery, and financial performance.
Ensures high-quality food, excellent customer satisfaction, and full compliance with safety and sanitation standards while driving operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule food service staff to ensure proper coverage and performance
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including food preparation, service, inventory, and facility maintenance
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus aligned with customer needs and dietary requirements
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance to maximize profitability
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and transaction processes
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all food service areas
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support seamless operations and communication
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and motivate staff
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
  • Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
  • Ability to monitor and maintain food quality and service standards
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of staff and customers
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
  • High School Diploma required
  • Trade/Technical/Vocational Diploma in Foodservice Management required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management preferred
  • 5-7 years of food service industry experience required
  • 2-3 years of management experience required
