This Position reports to:

Global Head of Marketing & Demand Generation

Your responsibilities:

The Marketing Automation and Operations Leader is responsible for design, quality assurance, execution, maintenance and reporting for automated marketing programs. This role is focused on the execution of the marketing automation platform (Pardot) and its interface and integration with Salesforce. This role needs to understand sales and marketing processes and be the tactical facilitator between the Marketing and Sales, Communications, Salesforce and IT teams.

The work model for the role is: hybrid; #LI-Hybrid
The preferred location is within Europe.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Serve as the Business Process Owner for Marketing Automation, ensuring platform performance, compliance, and smooth integrations.

  • Lead the marketing automation team and partner with global marketing to execute a unified strategy that drives lead generation and database growth.

  • Lead and guide the marketing automation team to deliver in line with the global strategy and business objectives.

  • Enhance and maintain the platform by collaborating with privacy, resolving technical issues, and turning new ideas into tailored automation programs.

  • Document best practices and build organizational capability through training on campaign design, metrics, Salesforce, and automation excellence.

  • Develop strategic frameworks, templates, and processes that support consistent, highquality customer engagement across the business.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing technology or related field

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Pardot/Marketo or other marketing automation system and Salesforce or any other sales force automation

  • Good project management skills with excellent attention to detail

  • An excellent understanding of Marketing and Commercial functional disciplines

  • Strong analytical skills to manage complex data to generate recommendations and prioritize lead generation activities

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, project management skills and the proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in parallel.

  • A personal style that is open-minded and collaborative.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $93,800 and $134,000 annually and is bonus eligible.
