You Are:

You are an action oriented Ethernet expert who thrives in dynamic, technically complex environments. With a robust background in semiconductor design and a deep understanding of high-speed SerDes technologies, you are passionate about translating advanced technical concepts into innovative, customer-centric products. Your expertise spans design/application or product management of 56G/112G/224G PHY, and scale up/ scale out architectures, and you are adept at navigating emerging industry standards and technologies like Ethernet, PCIe, and Ultra Accelerator Link (UALink).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for high-speed interconnect IPs, including Ethernet, Ultra Accelerator Link, and emerging standards.
• Defining robust product requirements documents based on market analysis, customer feedback, and evolving standards.
• Partnering with R&D to drive architectural tradeoffs, feature prioritization, and execution milestones for cutting-edge IP solutions.
• Leading customer engagements, including roadmap reviews, technical deep dives, and managing escalations to drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborating with sales, field application engineers, and marketing teams to support evaluations, design wins, and competitive positioning.
• Representing Synopsys in industry forums, standards committees, and key customer discussions, advocating for product excellence and innovation.
• Tracking the competitive landscape and translating insights into differentiated product features and capabilities.
• Ensuring products meet quality, schedule, and business objectives from definition through release.

What You'll Need:

• 10+ years of experience in semiconductor design, application engineering, technical product management, architecture, or related technical roles.
• Deep understanding of high-speed SerDes, and interconnect technologies.
• Experience with Ethernet, PCIe, UALink, scale-up or scale-out fabrics, electro-optical interfaces, or AI interconnects.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product and business value propositions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive and customer-facing presentations.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to lead through influence across global, cross-functional teams.
• Preferred: SerDes design or application engineering experience, prior customer-facing/field engagement, and experience with industry standards or consortia.
