Description


The Participant Engagement team within Global Research Operations is looking for a Project Manager to implement global operational systems, connect teams and knowledge and problem solve operational hurdles to enable Researchers to do their most impactful work. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, tech savvy, highly organized, detail-oriented and resourceful.

You must be comfortable in an extremely fast-paced environment where you'll adjust to shifting priorities, find solutions on the fly across multiple stakeholders, and coordinate activities across teams and time zones. We're looking for an individual that is highly organized and able to proactively manage requests and timelines while anticipating project issues and resolving them. This is a full-time US-remote contract position.

Responsibilities

  • Your primary responsibilities will be partnering with a team of program managers in executing core operational processes for the team including, but not limited to:
  • Supporting multiple programs with operational, administrative and reporting activities
  • Managing change management processes including scheduling trainings, updating tooling and documentation to keep training and team resources current
  • Maintaining sandbox environments for testing and training
  • Supporting participant recruitment operations across various workflows
  • Providing consistent progress updates to the team, including triaging and managing tooling bug reports
  • Participating in project meetings as necessary
  • Team-wide metrics data collection and validation
  • Managing purchase orders and supporting budget logistics
  • Additional ad hoc project support as needed



Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience working in a similar capacity
  • Prior experience working with User Experience Research or Design Operations
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of being detail-oriented, willing to wear multiple hats, demonstrating creativity, identifying areas for improvement and delivering results in a highly organized manner
  • Experience in problem-solving and resourcefulness with a detail-oriented approach and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools (spreadsheets, calendaring, presentation, word processing)
