  • Pour and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with all laws and hotel policies
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations at all times
  • Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation
  • Verify guest IDs and ensure all alcohol service follows Texas state laws and responsible service guidelines
  • Recognize signs of intoxication and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Maintain awareness of surroundings in an open public environment
  • Manage lines and guest flow with a sense of urgency while maintaining a calm, upscale demeanor
  • Communicate accurate wait times and keep guests informed
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely order preparation and delivery
  • Operate POS system accurately for all transactions
  • Handle cash and card payments responsibly
  • Balance receipts and report discrepancies as required
  • Uphold a polished, luxury appearance and attitude

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food service, concessions, bars, or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
  • Basic math and cash handling skills
  • Experience in high-end quick-service or lifestyle hospitality concepts
  • Familiarity with craft cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol in Texas
  • Must have unexpired Food Handlers and TABC - or obtain upon hire.
  • Outgoing personality with strong social awareness
  • Ability to create memorable micro-interactions with guests
