Description Job Title: Forklift Driver Location: Mesa, AZ Employment Type: Direct Placement Industry: Manufacturing Compensation: up to $54,000/yr, depending on experience level Schedule: Day and night shifts available, 12 hour shifts Position Summary: The Forklift Driver supports internal logistics operations by safely transporting raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods throughout the manufacturing facility. This role plays a critical part in maintaining production flow efficiency. What You'll Do: Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts safely and efficiently Transport materials between warehouse and production lines Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments Stage materials to support continuous manufacturing operations Perform daily forklift inspections and safety checks Maintain accurate inventory movement using tracking systems Support cycle counts and inventory audits as needed Follow all OSHA and facility safety procedures Maintain clean and organized warehouse staging areas Job Requirements What you'll Bring High School Diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 40-50lbs as needed Minimum 1 years of experience of driving Forklift What Sets you apart: Exposure to solar, semiconductor, electronics, or technical manufacturing environments Forklift Certifications After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
