Claims Representative

Sterling Insurance Company is seeking experienced Claims Representatives to join our team. These

Qualifications
• Minimum of five years of experience independently handling and resolving first-party property
claims or liability claims
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• The highest standards of integrity and ethics
• Insurance designations such as Associate in Claims (AIC), Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA),
or Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree

Compensation Range
The starting base salary range for these positions is $65,000 to $90,000+, with final compensation
determined by relevant experience, expertise, qualifications, and education.
