TEKsystems is Hiring a Mortgage Operations Support Assistant in Pensacola, FL * * * * * * Job Description Provide operational support to mortgage lending teams by assisting with loan setup, document processing, and member follow-up. This contract role supports mortgage production activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution throughout the loan origination process. * * Key Responsibilities * Support Mortgage Loan Officers, Processors, and Closers with daily loan production tasks * Assist with new loan setup, document indexing, validation, and system updates * Conduct initial member contact * Follow up on outstanding documentation and update mortgage status * Review production reports and escalate issues as needed * Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and external agencies to resolve discrepancies * Ensure compliance with federal regulations and internal policies Required Qualifications * High school diploma required; some post-secondary education preferred * Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with data and numbers * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and multiple internal systems * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, production-driven environment * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable navigating multiple screens and adapting to new technologies Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pensacola, FL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
