Job Description The Ivantage Relationship Management Senior Consultant II is a highly visible, strategic individual contributor role responsible for managing key personal lines carrier relationships, with a primary focus on Florida insurance markets. This role supports the day-to-day and long-term success of assigned partners while serving as a trusted representative of Ivantage in interactions with senior carrier leaders, internal sales teams, and agency partners.The Senior Consultant II operates with significant autonomy, leading carrier discussions, contract negotiations, and performance reviews, while using data and product expertise to support Ivantage's growth and ability to help agencies say "yes" more often for Allstate customers. About Ivantage Ivantage has been supportingagencies and Allstate customers for over 30 years, with a mission centered around providing market access, product solutions, and carrier relationships that help agencies meet customer needs.
