Job Description Operations Associate - New Accounts (Entry Level) Our client is expanding its Operations organization to support a growing volume of Financial Advisor (FA) onboardings. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth and efficient new account opening experience for incoming Financial Advisors and Branch Associates. The Operations Associate will assist with new account openings, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and deliver whiteglove service through email, Microsoft Teams, and phone interactions. This is an excellent entrylevel opportunity for individuals interested in financial services operations and client support. Key Responsibilities * Develop a working knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements related to new account openings * Assist Financial Advisors and Branch Associates with the new account opening process, ensuring accuracy and compliance * Maintain and build process and technical skills needed to support new account planning activities * Provide whiteglove service by responding to inquiries, questions, and information requests via email, Teams, and phone * Manage and assist with escalated cases by following standard operating procedures and engaging appropriate internal departments * Provide updates on product offerings and support standard branch operational functions as needed Required Skills & Competencies * Operations * Customer Service & Client Support * Compliance & Risk Awareness * Operations Analysis * Strong attention to detail and communication skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.44 - $26.44/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
