Email Marketing Specialist Location: Portland, OR Why You'll Love This Role Are you passionate about crafting standout email experiences that drive engagement and commerce? We're looking for a detailoriented, datadriven Email Marketing Specialist to help bring our promotional, transactional, and lifecycle campaigns to life across both the US and Canada. In this role, you'll be handson across the full email lifecycle-partnering closely with creative, marketing, and DTC teams to deliver impactful campaigns that reflect a bestinclass consumer experience. What You'll Do * Support the execution of all email campaigns across promotional, transactional, and lifecycle programs. * Manage and maintain the email content calendar, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and priorities stay aligned. * Own the endtoend email process, including: * Creative brief development * Scheduling and coordination * Creative reviews and QA * Deployment and postcampaign reporting * Collaborate crossfunctionally with Creative, Marketing, and DTC teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging. * Analyze performance across programs, campaigns, and segments-turning data into actionable insights that continuously improve results. * Support both oneoff and automated campaigns, helping drive efficiency and scale. What You Bring Core Skills * Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, testing, and optimization. * A passion for ecommerce and digital marketing trends, with a focus on delivering exceptional consumer experiences. * Highly detailoriented and analytical, with confidence working in data and performance metrics. * Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a deadlinedriven environment. Experience & Qualifications * 3-4 years of experience executing email marketing campaigns. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ecommerce platforms, and analytics tools. * Experience drawing actionable insights from large datasets. * Comfortable working with external agencies or vendor partners. * Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Portland, OR. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
