Iatric Manufacturing Solutions produces FDA-regulated wet wipes in controlled manufacturing environments where temperature and humidity are carefully managed to minimize environmental influences on our products and ensure comfortable working conditions for our team.

What You'll Do:

As the Maintenance Manager you'll:

* Provide day-to-day oversight of all Equipment Reliability and Facilities activities through effective leadership of the maintenance department, including collaboration with planners to establish schedules and work assignments based on business priorities, equipment criticality, and technician skill levels.
* Develop and/or maintain an effective preventive & predictive maintenance program (including repair, modification, and installation of equipment) to improve production efficiency and ensure optimum machine uptime availability.
* Maintain facilities infrastructure to ensure personnel safety, cGMP compliance, product safety, and optimized production efficiency.
* Drive accountability by building and leading teams, overseeing hiring, development, performance management, training, coaching, and corrective actions when necessary.
* Identify, coordinate, and manage external vendors and contractors to support equipment repairs and installations; monitor progress to ensure compliance with specifications, safety requirements, and agreed-upon timelines.
* Coordinates the Effective Maintenance (EM) pillar resources to deliver reliable maintenance processes, including: 6S, Visual Factory, critical asset lists, and effective storeroom management for all new and existing equipment, as well as equipment modifications.
* Evaluate the plant production equipment environment (e.g., technology, systems, quality, cost, efficiency, yield) and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
* Implement process metrics/measures to gauge maintenance effectiveness, such as unplanned downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and use the measures to drive equipment and process-related improvements.

* Acts as technical advisor in reviewing all operator, equipment reliability, and facility technicians training material
* Assist in the establishment, analysis, and submission of yearly department budget.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the essential accountabilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.)

*Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or Management, and 7 years of industrial experience in maintenance, mechanical or similar position OR equivalent combination of education and experience.*At least 5 years of supervisory experience required.
*CMMS - Computerized Maintenance Management System experience.
*Experience leading a Lean manufacturing culture.
*Capable of designing and quoting Capital & Expensed projects.
*Must be familiar with OSHA/ADA/NFPA/DOT standards as they apply to a manufacturing facility.
*Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
*Lean/Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
*Experience working in a cGMP-compliant facility preferred.
*Prior experience with project management preferred.
*CMRP - Certified Maintenance and Reliability is preferred.
