Reporting to the Director of Corporate Development, the Corporate Development Analyst will be responsible for supporting various workstreams throughout the transaction lifecycle from sourcing to post-closing activities.The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across the corporate development team, business units, and corporate functions to develop business cases, construct financial models, and facilitate internal decision-making, due diligence, and integration strategies. Additionally, the Analyst will partner with the Director of Enterprise Strategy on select initiatives related to identifying and assessing both organic and inorganic growth opportunities. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
