The Account Manager - Client Services serves as the primary point of contact for client accounts, owning the client relationship from onboarding through ongoing support. This role drives client retention through predictable communication, timely resolution of issues, and seamless coordination with internal teams.

The Account Manager balances day-to-day client responsiveness with a proactive approach to workflow management, business development, and continuous improvement. This role sits at the intersection of client-facing relationship work and internal operational coordination - translating client needs into clear direction for analytical, data review, and quality teams, while keeping clients informed and confident throughout the testing process. Equally important, the Account Manager plays an active role in supporting revenue growth by identifying new or crossselling opportunities for and working alongside the sales team to convert them.

We are looking for someone who is genuinely service-oriented and organized under pressure - someone who follows through consistently, communicates proactively rather than reactively, and takes pride in being the person clients trust to get things right.
