APPLY TODAY at Stoneh@acarasolutions.com What You'll Do: * Assemble steel enclosures using hand tools, air tools, and power tools * Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints to complete assemblies accurately * Utilize measuring tapes and precision measurements during production processes * Lift and move materials up to 35 lbs consistently throughout the shift * Follow all safety guidelines and manufacturing procedures in a production environment Job Requirements What You'll Bring: * 1 year of manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical production experience * 1 year of experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools * Ability to lift 35+ lbs consistently throughout an 8-hour shift * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings or blueprints * Ability to accurately read and use a measuring tape * Ability to communicate fluently in English What Sets You Apart: * Experience working in industrial manufacturing environments * Previous experience assembling steel, fiberglass, or copper components * Familiarity with Dayforce or electronic timekeeping systems * Safety shoe ownership preferred for interviews and production floor readiness Additional Information: * Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen * Must be authorized to work in the United States * No security clearance required * No relocation assistance available * Overtime may be required based on production needs After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
