Job Description: The salary for this position will be based off experience and could be higher based off the individual's professional career. In additional to the salary, there will be sales incentive and bonus potential. We're actively seeking a talented AVP of Annuity Internal Sales to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. Leader of the Annuity Internal Sales Desk responsible for setting strategic direction utilizing extensive knowledge of annuity and mutual fund industry, products/features, effective sales processes as well as an understanding of corporate and division goals. This leader is fully responsible for planning, organizing, managing and directing the activities of the desk, including setting effective compensation plans and performance metrics. The leader of the desk will manage a team of Managers, Internal Wholesalers, and a Sales Associate Director within a sales channel who are engaged in proactively marketing annuity and mutual funds products to registered representatives. Build partnering relationships within the department with National Sales Managers (NSMs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) as well as other stakeholders to grow sales in the channel.Inspire and lead a strategic vision of growth.
