Program Manager - Remote

Genesis10 is currently seeking a part-time Program Manager for a remote contract position with an International Consulting Firm.

Pay Range: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour.

This individual will support a portfolio of Microsoft-related initiatives, including projects focused on SharePoint, Intune, and other enterprise technologies. The role involves working closely with consulting resources, technical teams, and executive leadership to help drive alignment, prioritize initiatives, and bring structure to a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate is highly professional, organized, comfortable navigating complex consulting engagements, and able to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee Microsoft-focused initiatives across multiple teams and consultants
• Partner with executive leadership to help prioritize projects, timelines, and resource allocation
• Act as a liaison between consulting resources and internal stakeholders
• Bring organization, accountability, and process to complex or ambiguous environments
• Facilitate meetings, track deliverables, and drive follow-through across initiatives
• Identify risks, dependencies, and competing priorities while helping teams stay aligned

Requirements:

• Experience managing enterprise technology or infrastructure-related projects
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, Intune, M365, and related platforms
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence, negotiate priorities, and operate effectively with executive leadership
• Self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and can bring structure to chaos

Desired skills:

• Experience working within consulting or staff augmentation environments
