Job Title: Recruiter - Banking/Finance
Pay Range: $35-39/hr
Duration: 6 months Contract
FTE CONVERSION POSSIBLE FOR THIS ROLE
WORKING HOURS: MON-FRI, 8-5 LOCAL TIME (BASED ON CANDIDATE'S LOCATION)
HYBRID: 60% of working days required to be in-office

Teams and via phone with manager.
PARKING INFORMATION:
Charlotte: Parking varies from $10/day at surface lots to $180/month in covered garages.
Tempe: $82 per month
Minneapolis: Parking is not included but has a discount code at the LaSalle Parking Garage.
The rate is $6 and with tax comes out to be roughly $7.06 a day.
ABOUT ROLE:
This role will be supporting our revenue generating teams, which includes positions in our branch locations; Investor Services (including Capital Markets, Global Fund Services and Alternative Investments); Business Banking; Mortgage Loan Originators and our Merchant Payment Services team.
Our Sourcing team is responsible for identifying and engaging passive talent for roles where we don't generate qualified applicants.
This role works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on ideal candidate profiles.
The role will utilize available sourcing and outreach tools to generate candidate interest in joining.
TOP REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to source candidates from a variety of resources.
2. Ability to actively track outreach and progress with candidates
3. 3-5 years of experience sourcing passive candidates

Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions.
Identifies candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools.
Drives recruiting process in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool and a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
Excellent customer service skills
Strong project management skills
Basic marketing and recruitment network skills
Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Intermediate computer skills, especially MS Office applications and applicant tracking systems
