Department: Deposit Operations Reports to: VP, Deposit Operation Manager 1 Status: Non-Exempt Grade: 5 Salary Range: $20.00 - $27.13 Salary range updated 4/10/2026. Actual compensation within the pay range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Location: Pittsfield, MA Purpose/Objective: Responsible for utilizing Image Centre to review previous day branch capture corrections. Reviews corrections and utilizes logs in FCM, IBS Insight, and branch staff to resolve deposit rejects, exception items, errors and item rescans. Reviews outgoing Canadian items before they are transmitted to US Bank. Reviews mobile deposits that are flagged for manual review. Reviews and corrects Image Enabled ATM Deposits. Transmits the ATM file to Image Centre at the end of the day. Assist lockbox department with Data entry and export files. Key Accountabilities: * Branch Capture Corrections: Reviews previous day branch capture corrections utilizing Image Centre. Rescan requests are communicated to the branches. Customer adjustments are made utilizing IBS Teller Insight when needed. Correction notices are sent to Central Print for mailing to customers. 20 % * Mobile Deposit: Reviews deposits that are flagged for manual review. Corrects and approves or returns deposited checks. Reverses returned items in the bank's core banking system. Using learned techniques identifies potentially fraudulent checks. Communicates potentially fraudulent checks to Corporate Security where they provide additional review. 30% * Image Enabled ATM transactions. Reviews all current day transactions to ensure accuracy. Makes corrections to those transactions that require it. Transmits the ATM file to Image Centre at the end of the day. 30% * Canadian Items: Collects daily Canadian Items from courier deliveries. Ensures that the branches are complying with the Canadian check collection procedure. Verifies that all captured items have an exception notice filed in the customer's profile. 10% * Complete processing of data entry batches, export files for the lockbox department. 10% * Ensures compliance with all banking laws, rules, regulations, and prescribed policies/practices/procedures necessary to reduce risk and uphold ethical standards related to and required by one's duties.
