As an Internal Audit Associate Director for the Americas, you will play a critical role in helping Novartis anticipate risk, enhance governance, and drive meaningful improvement across the business. Partnering closely with senior leaders, you will lead complex audit and advisory engagements from end to end, turning risk-based insights into practical, value-adding recommendations. You will also help advance the future of Internal Audit by promoting data-driven and artificial intelligence-enabled ways of working, while coaching and developing auditors to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes across the region. Benefits & Rewards The salary for this position is expected to range between $126,00 and $234,000 per year. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
