Proven to Perform. ATI Huntsville Operations is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to support and enhance our quality management systems and processes across the organization. In this role you will be a problem solver, a facilitator responsible for driving our Right First-Time metrics, and a quality champion supporting process and product quality systems. This is an onsite, day shift position typically working Monday-Friday. Successful candidates will quickly learn to navigate ATI SA&C quality program, processes and products, and be able to develop strong relationships with our customers and internal cross-functional teams. In this role you will work closely with production teams, technical leaders, and management to drive continuous improvement, ensure compliance with quality standards, and achieve organizational quality objectives.
