Summary
FORME Aesthetic and Vein Center is seeking a polished, patient-focused Patient Scheduling Representative II to serve as the first point of contact for our patients . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced aesthetic and medical spa environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience. The Patient Scheduling Representative supports daily clinic operations through scheduling, patient communication, payment processing all while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Qualifications
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis. Minimum Required Education: High school diploma Minimum Required Experience:1 year Preferred Experience:2 years in customer service with clerical aspectsin the medical field, EPIC, patient care, clinical setting. #LI-SN1 Physical Requirements

Sensory Acuity
Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
