We are a leading provider of quality used construction equipment, committed to excellence in service and customer relationships. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a Marketing & E-Commerce Manaager.

Position Overview:
The Marketing & E-Commerce Manager is responsible for executing and managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, digital marketing activities, and brand implementation across all online and print channels. This hands-on role plays a critical part in driving online sales, maintaining brand consistency, and supporting company-wide marketing initiatives.

Working closely with the Director of Marketing, Procurement & Technology, this position focuses on execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of e-commerce and marketing programs, while also providing support for advertising, promotions, product launches, events, and other marketing activities.


Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Brand & Marketing Execution
    * Implement and maintain brand standards across the website, email marketing, digital advertising, online promotions, and print media.
    * Create, update, and manage marketing assets including banners, landing pages, email campaigns, catalogs, calendars, and promotional materials.
    * Support advertising campaigns, promotions, trade shows, open houses, vendor events, and sales support materials.
    * Coordinate with graphic designers, web designers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of marketing projects.
    * Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing materials, product content, and digital sales tools.

    E-Commerce Operations & Website Management
    * Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure website functionality, accuracy, and strong user experience.
    * Maintain product listings including pricing, images, specifications, promotions, and content.
    * Develop and manage content calendars, website updates, and landing page deployments.
    * Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand standards.
    * Monitor website performance, online sales trends, and customer behavior, and recommend improvements.
    * Research e-commerce tools, trends, and best practices to improve performance.

    Marketing & Customer Engagement
    * Execute SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online promotional initiatives to increase traffic and conversions.
    * Oversee the Frank's Supply internet and email customer service response system, ensuring timely and professional responses.
    * Directly supervise personnel responsible for online customer inquiries and digital engagement.
    * Prepare surveys, reports, and performance tracking related to marketing and e-commerce efforts.
    * Manage the production of print marketing media including the annual calendar, catalogs, and specials magazine.

    Team Leadership & Collaboration
    * Provide hands-on leadership and daily support to the Digital Marketing Team and web merchandising functions.
    * Prepare and assign work schedules, priorities, and tasks related to e-commerce and digital marketing activities.
    * Collaborate with Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Shipping & Receiving, Vendors, and Management to support company initiatives.
    * Attend management meetings, sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
    * Support cross-functional projects and initiatives led by the Director of Marketing, Government Sales, Procurement & Technology.
Qualifications:
  • Required
    * 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or brand-related roles.
    * Strong hands-on experience with website management, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
    * Working knowledge of SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, and basic analytics.
    * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and relevant marketing software.
    * Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
    * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Preferred
    * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
    * Experience supporting B2B or industrial distribution marketing efforts.

* Ability to stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and perform overhead reaching.
