New Model Supply Supervisor - Supply Chain & Inventory Operations Pay: $34.13 - $50.96/hour We are seeking an experienced New Model Supply Supervisor to lead inventory planning and supply chain operations supporting new vehicle launches and product availability during the first 18 months of production. This leadership role is responsible for driving launch readiness, improving supply processes, mentoring team members, and ensuring strong inventory performance across distribution operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, and team leadership within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor Supply Chain Analysts supporting new model vehicle launches Monitor inventory levels, fill rates, and supply performance to support successful product launches Develop and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), reporting tools, and workflow processes Analyze supply chain data and provide recommendations to improve inventory planning and operational efficiency Create KPI tracking, training programs, and performance reporting for team members Coordinate with internal departments, executive leadership, and external partners to support launch timelines Lead team meetings, project updates, and cross-functional communication efforts Support special projects, process improvements, and ad-hoc supply chain analysis Collaborate with global partners to identify best practices and improve supply chain operations Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 2-4 years of inventory management or supply chain experience 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Experience with Microsoft Excel required; MS Access or SQL experience preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Employee Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance \| 401(k) Retirement Savings Plans \| Employee Assistance Program (EAP) \| Commuter/Parking Accounts \| People Perks \| Health Savings Account (HSA) \| AD & D Insurance This opportunity is ideal for candidates seeking supply chain supervisor, inventory supervisor, logistics supervisor, demand planning, or operations leadership roles supporting automotive and distribution operations.
