Production Associate - Medical Device Manufacturing (Temporary)

Location: Acton, MA

Pay: $22.09 - $24.29/hour

Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

We are hiring a detail-oriented Production Associate to support medical device manufacturing operations in a clean, safety-focused production environment. This temporary position is responsible for assembling and testing Personal Diabetes Managers (PDMs), preparing product kits, managing inventory activities, and supporting quality-driven manufacturing processes.

This role is ideal for candidates with assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Assemble, label, inspect, and package medical device products and kits
  • Operate testing equipment and perform quality checks on finished goods
  • Complete inventory transactions, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation tasks
  • Follow SOPs, FDA regulations, ISO standards, and cGMP manufacturing procedures
  • Identify and report quality, safety, or process concerns
  • Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production workspace
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues



Qualifications



  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or regulated environments preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
  • Ability to distinguish red, green, and blue colors on handheld devices
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable operating manual and electric pallet jacks
