DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. This is a unique opportunity in a tight-knit community featuring a set Monday, Wednesday, Friday only schedule.

We provide comprehensive paid training to fully prepare you for the PCT role-no prior dialysis experience is required! Plus, we offer robust opportunities for college support and real career growth. As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care

• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment

• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment

• Record vital signs and patient data

• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health

• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent

• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment

• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet

• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and holidays as needed within your MWF schedule

• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
