When you join the DaVita Village, you're joining a winning team. Through our commitment to training, growth and quality, we consistently achieve superior clinical outcomes while giving teammates the opportunity to excel in an award-winning environment that enables them to thrive both professionally and personally.

The Business Development Director is responsible for leading market strategy, driving growth initiatives, and building strategic partnerships across assigned divisions. This role requires independent strategic thinking to proactively propose actionable growth strategies, including acquisitions, upstream physician engagement, joint ventures, and value-based care partnerships. The Director serves as a key "door opener" and strategic partner for Operations leadership, anticipating roadblocks, and driving projects to completion to support DaVita's overarching business goals.

Identifies next steps, coordinates with internal partners (Legal, Operations, Finance), and independently solves problems to drive projects to completion. External Relationship Management: Acts as the primary "door opener" for DaVita in the assigned market. Independently leads physician outreach, external partner meetings (e.g., hospitals, health systems), and joint venture discussions. Prepares materials and presentations with high autonomy and strategic depth. Strategic Analysis & Reporting: Synthesizes complex information and data to present actionable recommendations. Moves beyond presenting facts to delivering independent analysis, business context, and clear strategic paths forward during regular business reviews and strategy sessions. Other duties as assigned.
