find personal satisfaction in making a difference. This culture is a priority
for us, and we intend to continue improving the ways this firm can interest,

The Role
Educe is seeking a driven, innovative professional eager to embrace the dynamic field of talent management technology. In this role, you will lead clients through discovery and solution design for custom software applications ("microapps") that are embedded in or adjacent to Talent or Learning Management Systems and extend platform capabilities to meet specific business needs.

This role blends solution design, client facilitation and relationship management, and problem solving. You will work closely with clients to understand business processes, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and guide design decisions through structured client engagement. In this role, you may also contribute to Microapp sales efforts by helping to identify and shape new opportunities.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead discovery and solution design for microapp projects, partnering closely with clients to translate business needs into effective software solutions.
  • Serve as the Engagement Manager on Microapp design engagements, owning the client relationship, managing timelines and internal teams, and driving projects to completion.
  • Analyze and document design specifications, including detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation to enable efficient development and implementation.
  • Facilitate client review sessions, present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout each engagement and beyond.
  • Support and contribute to Microapp sales efforts, participating in solutioning discussions, and partnering with internal teams.

Skills and Experience

Ideal Candidates will possess the following:

  • 4-8 years of experience in SaaS implementation, solutions consulting or a related client-facing delivery role.
  • Experience leading client-facing discovery and design work, and managing or supporting client engagements.
  • Strong ability to learn new software quickly and understand complex functionality. Prior experience with learning management, talent management, or HCM platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to identify gaps between platform capabilities and client requirements, and design solutions that effectively bridge those gaps.
  • Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to lead client sessions, drive decisions, and maintain momentum across engagements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams or projects with independence and accountability.
  • Experience writing clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to support software development and implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional, client-focused approach, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a consulting environment.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Ability to travel to client locations and semi-annual firm meetings.
  • U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 base, plus performance-based bonus potential.
