Overview The Distribution Designer II will perform field data collection, detailed design of overhead and/or underground electric distribution systems and back-office work to support those functions. This work includes gathering field data for designs, entering the information into various programs and the preparation of field notes, drawings, specifications and estimates as defined by the client's scope of work document. The Distribution Designer II may be responsible to provide direction, training, supervision, and guidance of other design staff of equal or lower grade as directed by supervisor. Responsibilities

Minimum Required Qualifications: Experience Two (2) year of progressive development as a Distribution Designer or equivalent.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation:Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
