Cashier - Food Sportsmans

Responsibilities:

To provide friendly and efficient service to all guests. Maintain the daily operations of the micros system in the restaurant. Must have knowledge to answer questions and be familiar with special events.

Competencies:

• Other duties may be assigned.
• Greet guests, answer questions and be able to solve any micros problems.
• Ensures 100% guest satisfaction.
• Order supplies and assist with maintaining budget.
• Conduct daily training and pre-shifts.
• Keeps and organizes all daily tickets and reports from the daily operation of the buffet.
• Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed; counsel, discipline and coach as needed.
• Exhibit a friendly, helpful, and courteous repour when dealing with guests and fellow employees. Attend department meetings as scheduled.
