Position Summary Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Organizational Operations Specialist to provide highlevel administrative, operational, and organizational support to government program offices in accordance with the Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services (EPASS) Performance Work Statement (PWS). This role supports efficient workflow, documentation accuracy, personnel coordination, and daily operational execution within the assigned division. The specialist operates with minimal oversight, demonstrates advanced proficiency in organizational processes, and ensures alignment with Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) and Armament Directorate (AFLCMC/EB) requirements. This is a full-time on-site position at Robins Air Force Base, GA. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to:
Researching/compiling information pertaining to certain projects/topics and preparing appropriately coordinated written communications.
Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Secret Education/Years of Experience: Associates degree and 15 years Relevant Experience (RE); OR Bachelors degree and 10 years RE; Masters degree and 7 years RE Interpersonal Skills * Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills.
