Team OverviewThe Services Solution Consultant is responsible for selling our services solutions to public and private school districts in an assigned territory. The Representative's role is to achieve company-designated professional services sales targets, and as part of that prospect, qualify and build relationships with existing customers in their assigned territory. The Representative must be proficient in qualifying leads, identifying decision makers, determining customer needs, presenting, and explaining the benefits of PowerSchool Professional Services solutions, building strategic business plans, overcoming objections, and closing sales. ResponsibilitiesDescription The Solution Sales team oversees the selling of various product lines to K-12 school districts. Team members have a deep knowledge of our products and sales best practices, with a focus on growing revenue. Your day-to-day job will consist of:

Compensation & Benefits PowerSchool offers the following benefits:
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $74,000 - $94,200 USD plus applicable commission. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
