Job Summary This position will assist the Computer Technology department in managing online courses, adjuncts, and students and overseeing the department's Dual Enrollment program. This position is also responsible for supervising and managing two Instructor Senior positions within the Computer Labs. The job includes tasks, such as Dual Enrollment syllabi approval, in-person and online instructor evaluations, performance management, course changes to online courses, faculty onboarding and training that can enhance department policy compliance, working as a liaison with instructional design, technology teams regarding curriculum development and maintenance. Essential Functions 30% - Plans and oversees the dual enrollment program for the department, including instructor evaluations (in-person at high school partner locations, syllabus approval, and course approval 30% - Demonstrates strong technology acumen and knowledge of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), to support the effective and ethical integration of innovative instructional tools aligned with institutional and workforce needs. 20% - Enforces and implements department policies and requirements to resolve online adjunct faculty and student issues, including academic integrity, course registration, course changes, and evaluations 10% - Plans, organizes, assigns, supervises, reviews and evaluates the work of the Computer Lab staff 10% - Develops and provides program-related training for staff. Performs other related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, organizational development or directly related field, four years of experience such as planning, developing, implementing or overseeing projects and services in support of educational programs in area of assignment which includes two years of lead work or senior level experience. A Master's Degree and two years of lead or senior level experience in the areas listed above may be required for some assignments. OR An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience as described above sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered. Desired Qualifications A. Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Applications, and Windows B. Experience with technical support and/or networking C. Experience in the design, development, evaluation, and revision of online instructional materials D. Experience training, supervision, and evaluation E. Experience teaching online college level classes F. Master's Degree G.
