Role Overview

We are looking for a focused and tech-savvy Operations Data Processor to join our team in Brooklyn Park. While titled as an Administrative Assistant, this is specifically a Processor role supporting back-office utility functions. You will be responsible for the high-volume management of work orders and data integrity within our core enterprise systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who enjoys "investigative" data work and wants to contribute to the reliable delivery of energy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Processing: Primary responsibility is processing and "closing" work orders within Service Suite and SAP, ensuring field data matches corporate records.
  • Technical Review: Analyze and cross-reference records against maps and technical documents to verify accuracy of field installations.
  • Data Auditing: Identify discrepancies in work order data and coordinate with field personnel to resolve issues before final billing/reporting.
  • General Administration: Order office supplies, maintain records management systems, perform basic bookkeeping, and prepare routine correspondence.
  • Reporting: Utilize Microsoft Excel to track daily processing volumes and maintain logs for management review.

Requirements & "Highly Preferred" Skills

  • Software: Previous experience with SAP and Service Suite is highly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tracking, sorting, basic formulas) is required.
  • Utility/Technical Background: Experience reviewing maps, blueprints, or property records is a significant advantage.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to handle repetitive data tasks with high accuracy-missing a detail in this role can impact customer billing and safety records.
  • Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customer data and corporate records.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Logistics

  • Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours.
  • Location: Must be able to work 100% onsite at our Brooklyn Park facility.
