Laundry Tech Full-Time- 7A-3P and 10A-6P $17-20/hr (Pay based on experience) Keswick is located in Baltimore, MD. As a Laundry Tech, you will carry out our mission to improve the experience of aging together by: Collecting residents' soiled personal clothing from residents' rooms; collecting long-term care residents' personal clothing from nursing units. Collecting house linens from nursing units and dining rooms to avoid soiled linen buildup. Transport laundry containers to Laundry. Sorting and weighing laundry. Loading soiled linen into washers. Loading clean, wet linens into dryers. Operates commercial washing machines and dryers. Folds clean, dry linen. Make up carts of linens for delivery. Washes, dries, and folds personal clothing. Adds name labels to new personal items. Returns clean linens and personal items to nursing units and residents/guests' rooms to avoid clean linen shortages. Delivers incontinent products to patient rooms. Maintains laundry areas in a neat, orderly, and safe manner. Maintains equipment. Check stock and notify the supervisor of supply needs. Perform other duties as assigned. What is required in this position? Experience in healthcare facility is preferred. What makes Keswick unique?
