Description TEKsystems Global Services (TGS) is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support our client in driving critical Cybersecurity Resiliency initiatives. In addition to resiliency-focused efforts, the Senior Project Manager will lead and support a portfolio of Information Security and Risk Management projects, ensuring alignment with their enterprise security strategy, regulatory requirements, and risk posture. Key Responsibilities: Cybersecurity Resiliency Leadership Lead complex, cross-functional cybersecurity resiliency programs, including initiatives related to system recovery, security architecture maturity, threat preparedness, and operational resilience. Partner closely with the Head of Security Architecture and Senior security leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable project plans. Drive execution of initiatives that enhance their ability to prevent, withstand, respond to, and recover from cyber incidents. Project & Program Management Manage multiple concurrent projects across Information Security, Cyber Risk, and Technology Risk domains. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and executive-level status reporting. Identify and manage dependencies across security, infrastructure, application, and business teams. Proactively identify risks and issues, recommend mitigation strategies, and escalate appropriately. Stakeholder & Governance Management Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders across Security, IT, Compliance, Legal, and business functions. Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive readouts. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, with significant experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Technology Risk. Proven experience managing enterprise-scale cybersecurity initiatives, preferably including resiliency, recovery, or security architecture programs. Strong ability to partner with Senior leaders and influence across highly matrixed organizations. Experience working in regulated environments (pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or similar highly regulated industries preferred). Expertise in project management tools and techniques (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence). Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
