The Shared Services II role provides Tier 2 support to internal users across the organization. This position is responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring, maintaining, and supporting enduser technology such as laptops and mobile devices. Working collaboratively with other IT team members, this role supports both business and IT users and is expected to perform assigned duties independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge and Competencies *Ability to recognize, analyze, and effectively solve problems in a timely and organized manner using industry best practices and procedures *Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical people *Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment *Additional Skills & Qualifications* *BA/BS in Information Systems or related field preferred *2-4 years technical work experience, progressively advancing from entry level to advanced tier support *Technical certifications preferred (CompTIA A+/Net+, ITIL V4) *Experience with MacOS *Knowledge of ITSM platform, ServiceNow preferred *Knowledge of Microsoft Intune *Scripting, Packaging and Deployment knowledge for applications and operating system changes *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Owings Mills, MD. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
