Overview Our client is hiring a Temporary Construction Project Manager to support data center construction projects. This role focuses on coordinating execution, managing schedules, and ensuring safe, compliant delivery across multiple stakeholders. * Location: Aiken, SC * Type: Temporary * Work Model: Some remote flexibility depending on project phase Key Responsibilities Project Execution * Coordinate construction activities between internal teams and external vendors * Ensure projects are delivered on time, safely, and at high quality Schedule & Risk Management * Track milestones, dependencies, and risks using Primavera P6 * Monitor progress and escalate delays/issues LEAN Construction * Help implement LEAN practices to improve efficiency and reduce waste Document & Field Coordination * Review and interpret drawings and construction documents * Manage documentation and workflows via: * Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) * Procore * Bluebeam Compliance & Safety * Ensure alignment with: * Building codes * Industry standards * Fire protection regulations * Site safety protocols Reporting & Issue Resolution * Participate in status updates and reporting cycles * Identify and escalate risks early Site Logistics & Closeout * Assist with: * Site coordination * Change management * Punch lists * Turnover documentation Minimum Requirements Experience * 12+ years in Construction Project Management * Strong preference for: * Data centers * Mission-critical projects Environment * Proven experience in active construction/build environments Knowledge * Building codes and safety standards * Fire protection regulations * LEAN / continuous improvement principles Tools Hands-on or working familiarity with: * Primavera P6 * Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) * Procore * Bluebeam Soft Skills * Strong communication and stakeholder management * Ability to coordinate across multiple teams in fast-paced environments Compliance * Must meet all safety and site access requirements Ideal Candidate Profile (Summary) Someone who: * Has deep experience running complex construction projects, especially data centers * Is highly organized with strong schedule and risk management skills * Is comfortable working across multiple tools and stakeholders * Brings a process improvement mindset (LEAN) * Thrives in fast-paced, execution-heavy environments Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Trenton, SC. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $100.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
