Description

Leidos is seeking a Senior Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Analyst to join our Enterprise Transformation Office in Reston - VA. The Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) helps Leidos improve how work gets done by simplifying processes, enabling smarter ways of working, and driving connected transformation efforts across the enterprise.

In this role, you will serve as a key driver of enterprise transformation, operating at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. You will partner closely with the BPR Lead and senior leadership to diagnose complex organizational challenges, design scalable process improvements, and ensure disciplined execution of high-impact initiatives.

We are looking for someone who brings advanced analytical capability, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization. You should be able to operate with a high degree of autonomy, translating strategic intent into actionable roadmaps while driving measurable improvements in performance, efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end analysis, redesign, and optimization of complex business processes using advanced methodologies, including process decomposition, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and data analytics
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership by synthesizing operational insights into clear recommendations that inform enterprise decision-making
  • Drive execution of transformation initiatives by establishing and managing integrated project plans, proactively mitigating risks, and ensuring delivery against strategic milestones
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment by translating enterprise strategy into executable initiatives, identifying dependencies, and resolving misalignments across business units
  • Engage directly with senior and executive stakeholders to deliver briefings, present findings, and influence outcomes in high-visibility forums
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments, applying structured thinking to bring clarity, prioritize efforts, and maintain forward momentum
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes
  • Support organizational change efforts, including stakeholder engagement strategies, communication planning, and adoption measurement

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline with 12+ years of progressive experience in business process improvement, management consulting, operations strategy, or transformation delivery
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying structured problem-solving frameworks and quantitative analysis to solve complex business challenges
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and execution discipline
  • Strong executive communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering materials for senior leadership audiences
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in matrixed organizations without direct authority
  • US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience partnering with technical and engineering teams to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions, leveraging agile or scrum methodologies
  • Formal training or certification in process improvement or change management methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, ADKAR)
  • Track record of supporting or leading enterprise transformation or continuous improvement programs
  • Advanced proficiency with process modeling and workflow tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
  • Experience operating in highly cross-functional, fast-paced, and evolving organizational environments
