Impact You'll Make

  • Support the execution of integrated go-to-market strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen client engagement, and drive business development outcomes.

  • Contribute to high-impact marketing and communications initiatives across key service lines, aligning efforts with firm priorities.

  • Serve as a flexible, cross-functional resource supporting proposals (RFPs), campaigns, research, communications, and marketing operations.

  • Help improve efficiency and scalability of marketing processes through the use of AI tools and emerging technologies.

  • Build a strong foundation across all facets of a modern Go-to-Market function within a professional services environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support the development and execution of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social media, research, and sales enablement).

  • Assist in creating thought leadership, client-facing materials, and brand content aligned with firm messaging and standards.

  • Collaborate with communications and design teams to develop compelling messaging and visual assets.

  • Leverage AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, and other emerging technologies) to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.

  • Provide support for business development efforts, including RFP responses, pitch materials, and proposal coordination.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, client needs, and growth opportunities.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize future initiatives.

  • Maintain and update marketing systems and tools, including collateral, website content, and CRM platforms.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within professional services, consulting, or a B2B environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support content development, research, and process efficiency.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
