PRODUCT MANAGER (INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS) The Industrial Systems Product Manager acts as the business-side owner of McGough's Industrial Construction ecosystem, ensuring platforms such as InEight, AspenTech, UDiTH, Thermoflow (GT Pro), and PlantStream drive measurable business outcomes across estimating, engineering, design, and project execution. This role partners closely with Industrial leadership, IT/IS, and Program Management to define, deliver, and continuously improve Industrials digital capabilities that align with project delivery and operational performance goals. This individual defines business justification for investments, prioritizes the roadmap, monitors adoption and ROI, and serves as the bridge between Industrial leadership, project teams, executive sponsors, and technical delivery teams. They are accountable for ensuring industrial platforms remain stable, integrated, and value-generating across the project lifecycle. In addition to roadmap ownership and optimization, this role is responsible for defining, developing and delivering the enablement strategy for the Industrial digital ecosystem, including hands-on training and capability development to ensure project teams can effectively adopt and sustain Industrial technologies in real project environments. If you join McGough, your final base salary will be determined by several factors, including geography, location, skills, education, and experience. Furthermore, we place significant value on pay equity among our current team members as part of any final job offer. Please note that the range provided above reflects the hiring range for this role. Hiring near the top end of this range would be atypical, as we aim to allow room for future salary growth. Additionally, McGough offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
