Role overview: At Ferring, we are on a mission to transform the treatment of radicular leg pain from lumbar disc herniation (LDH) with a novel, only-in-class intradiscal therapy that offers patients an alternative to existing conservative or surgical options. The Medical Science Liaison - Interventional Spine (MSL) serves as the primary fieldbased scientific expert for engaging healthcare professionals and key stakeholders involved in the management of lumbar disc herniation and related spine conditions. This role delivers accurate, balanced, and clinically relevant medical information while building trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders across interventional pain, physical medicine & rehabilitation (PM&R), orthopedic spine surgery, and neurosurgery. The MSL plays a critical role in prelaunch planning, launch execution, and postlaunch scientific support, ensuring appropriate clinical adoption and ongoing evidence generation. Note: These are field-based roles. We seek candidates who are willing and able to travel 60 % or more of the time. Successful candidates are required to reside within the territory and within close proximity to a major airport hub.
