Department OverviewIT department within BlueEye (acquired) Job DescriptionWe're looking for a motivated Junior Data Engineer to join our data team and play a key hands-on role in building, maintaining, and evolving our enterprise data platform. You'll help power analytics and reporting across the entire organization-including sales, HR, IT, operations, and executive data-by creating reliable pipelines, supporting our Kimball-style dimensional data warehouse, and contributing to a major cloud migration project. You'll work directly with Azure Data Factory, PostgreSQL (Azure Flexible Server), Power BI + Tabular Editor, Alation Cloud, and Jira while helping evaluate and migrate to Snowflake (or another modern platform). Expect real ownership of meaningful work, close mentorship, and rapid growth as we modernize our data infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
Specific Knowledge & Skills:
Target Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $65,000 USD Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
