  • Champion continuous improvement culture, facilitating Kaizen events, problem-solving workshops, and cross-functional improvement teams
  • Apply Six Sigma and structured problem-solving tools (DMAIC, A3, Fishbone, 5-Why) to improve process capability and reduce variation
  • Establish, monitor, and improve key operational metrics (OEE, FPY, scrap, rework, cycle time, throughput, cost per unit)
  • Drive implementation of standardized processes and ensure sustainability through governance, audits, and layered process confirmation

Process Control & Statistical Process Control (SPC)

  • Own and deploy process control strategies to ensure stable, capable, and predictable manufacturing processes
  • Define and implement SPC systems, including control plans, control charts, capability analysis (Cp/Cpk), and reaction plans
  • Partner with Quality and Operations to investigate out-of-control conditions and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Ensure critical-to-quality (CTQ) characteristics are identified, measured, and controlled across manufacturing processes
  • Provide coaching and training on SPC interpretation and data-driven decision-making

Capital Equipment & Infrastructure

  • Develop and execute the capital equipment roadmap aligned with capacity, technology, and operational excellence objectives
  • Lead capital project planning and execution, including equipment specification, vendor selection, FAT, installation, commissioning, and ramp-up
  • Ensure new equipment and automation solutions are designed for process capability, maintainability, safety, and standard work
