What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead consultative discovery conversations with executive-level stakeholders, including CEOs, founders, and senior marketing leaders.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial engagement to signed agreements, for complex B2B solutions.
  • Educate prospects on customer acquisition economics, ROI, CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and profitability models.
  • Guide strategic discussions focused on growth, lead generation, and overall business economics.
  • Build immediate trust and develop highly tailored solutions that align with each client's unique business model.
  • Maintain professional, executive-level communication and follow-up throughout the sales process.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
  • Ensure meticulous pipeline management and accurate CRM documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with company leadership on deal strategy and broader growth initiatives.

Why This Role Is Different

  • Focus on converting highly qualified, warm inbound opportunities, minimizing cold prospecting.
  • Engage in high-ticket consultative sales, with pilot programs starting at significant values and strong recurring revenue potential.
  • Work directly with top-tier decision-makers, including founders, CEOs, and senior growth leaders.
  • Receive direct mentorship and hands-on training from company leadership.
  • Join a stable yet rapidly expanding organization driven by client success.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven consultative B2B sales experience in performance marketing, customer acquisition, advertising/digital media, MarTech/AdTech, lead generation, or growth marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in closing complex, multi-call B2B deals.
  • Exceptional executive presence and the ability to confidently engage with senior decision-makers.
  • Sharp business acumen, comfortable discussing unit economics, customer acquisition costs, margins, conversion metrics, and ROI.
  • Superior written communication and polished follow-up skills.
  • Highly motivated by performance-based incentives.
  • Comfortable and effective operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Naturally curious and highly consultative in your approach.
  • Quick-thinking with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Adept at asking challenging business questions to uncover true needs.
  • Skilled at challenging assumptions while simultaneously building trust.
  • Possessing an entrepreneurial, adaptable, and resourceful mindset.
  • Excited by high-growth environments over large corporate structures.
