Responsibilities The Strategic Delivery Manager (SDM) will lead business initiatives from strategy through execution, ensuring that cross functional initiatives deliver measurable business value. The SDM will oversee multiple initiatives, projects, and workstreams simultaneously. This role will: 1. Plan and execute, projects, acquisitions, and other prioritized initiatives, from vision, scope, dependencies, quality--through delivery. 2. Lead cross functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across diverse teams. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early. Partner closely with executive sponsors and senior leaders. 3. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness. Ensure delivery metrics support both short term execution and long term strategic goals. Ancillary Duties: In this role, the SDM will also conduct research, prepare presentations for leadership teams, write communications, and occasionally complete ad hoc requests as directed by senior leadership. used as default. Qualifications Education, Training, Experience, and Skill Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: 5-10 years+ in project management, product management, or consulting. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Requirements: Expertise in project lifecycle and methodologies, including vision development, management of risks and issues, and stakeholder management. Strong organization, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams at all levels of the organization. Knowledge of AI technologies and project management platforms preferred. Demonstrated contributions to process improvement, innovation, or other level-up initiatives Other Job Information Compensation: Commensurate with experience plus potential for annual merit increase.
