Job Summary: Pernod Ricard USA is seeking a VIE Analyst, People Analytics to help shape the future of how we understand, manage, and develop our workforce through data-driven insights. Working at the intersection of strategy, data, and organizational transformation, you will contribute to building the next generation of people analytics capabilities within our People & Experience function. Your work will support senior leaders in making smarter workforce decisions, improving organizational effectiveness, and strengthening the employee experience.
