Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager (Sr. PMM) to drive growth, positioning, and go-to-market for Foundry Tools, a core part of Microsoft's agentic AI platform. This role sits at the center of a rapidly evolving space-helping define how developers build, deploy, and scale agent-powered applications. It plays a critical part in shaping how Microsoft wins in this emerging category-by making complex capabilities accessible, differentiated, and adoption-ready. As a Senior Product Manager, you will translate complex technical capabilities intoclear, differentiated narratives, drive adoption through field and product alignment, and execute high-impact launches that accelerate usage and revenue growth. Additional or preferred qualifications
* Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 6+ years of experience in business, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field and 8+ years of experience in business, or equivalent experience
* Background in artificial intelligence and machine learning, developer platforms, or cloud services * Experience with agent frameworks, application programming interfaces, or developer tooling ecosystems * Experience working closely with engineering teams and influencing product direction * Ability to operate independently within scope, with guidance on broader portfolio strategy * Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality marketing assets with strong attention to detail * Experience communicating effectively with executive audiences Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400.00 - $203,600.00 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600.00 - $222,600.00 per year.
